POLICY

SHIPPING

When will my orders be shipped?

All our pieces are handmade to order, and takes 3-5 business days from the date of purchase to be shipped.

RETURNS

All Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

EASY HASSLE-FREE 28-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Cindy Petrosyan Design. That is why we offer an easy, hassle-free 28 day return or exchange policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, please email us at Cindy Petrosyan Design and let us know the reason for the return or exchange (shipping charges not included) within 28 days of the original shipping date.

1.Items must be returned or exchanged unworn, undamaged and unused, with the original packaging included. Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. Additionally, items modified or re-sized by another jeweler are also considered used and altered.

Upon acceptance of your return or exchange, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your return or exchange item.

2.Please handle with care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy will be subject to a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund, or it will be shipped back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be granted.

3.All sale items and special promotion items are FINAL SALE. We can only offer size adjustments. Shipping not included.

THERE IS A $15.00 RESTOCK FEE FOR ALL RETURNS (SHIPPING NOT INCLUDED).

4.Refunds will only be made once we receive the return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you use a tracked and insured service as we cannot refund on lost packages.

5.LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, Cindy Petrosyan Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery.

If you do not receive a package, in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for a lost package.

6.GOT THE WRONG SIZE?

If you only need a size exchange, please do not send the gift box. Just send the item that needs to be exchanged and note the size you would like in the package.

7.UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is unclaimed and is sent back to Cindy Petrosyan Design, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost; a flat fee of $10.00

8.INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a package is returned to Cindy Petrosyan Design due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the purchaser, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost; a flat fee of $10.00.

If customer does not want re-delivery and prefers a refund, Cindy Petrosyan Design will deduct $10.00 from the refund. Cindy Petrosyan Design is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns

If you’d like to return or exchange your piece, please email us to let us know the reason for your return. Pieces must be returned in their original condition within 28 days.
